My birthday was all right. Not as great as I thought it'd be, but I had a good time. Mom, Jenn, and I went out to Saké for sushi. <3 Mom tried it and made the funniest face ever. She...didn't like it at all. Luckily, she ordered some chicken teriyaki which she did like. And she liked the rice + sauce stuff, too. Jenn and I tried two new rolls and loved them both. One was fruity with crab and avocado. Gahhhh. The other had cream cheese and...some other stuff. I don't remember. lol It was d-lish. Mom's was so pretty I had to take out my palm and snap a shot:
Jenn gave me a bottle of moonshine as my present. Homemade strawberry wine = very yum. Maybe I'll have some tonight.

Did some shopping Sunday.
Yesterday I had an anxiety attack during 6th and 7th hour. Mrs. Bethel (vice principal) sat out in the hall with me during 7th and was laughing at how badly I was shaking. The whole bench was shaking and she said it reminded her of those massage chairs and was like, "Ms. Lovelace (my 7th hour marketing teacher), come sit out here. You know those massage chairs? Feel this." And they giggled about it. So I giggled. Good times.
After school I left with Sam. We went over to her house so she could change for the game. Then we went back to the high school to get something out of her locker, then picked up Nik, then went back to the high school to wait for Jose to be done with basketball practice. Thennnn some other unimportant stuff happened and we left for the game. It was our quarter-final game for the state championship. We won 34:27. It was sooooo intense. Lindsay, Amanda, Katie, Erin, Sarah, Jessica, Sami, me, + some other people were cheering soooo loud. I'm so hoarse.

Everyone was really worn out at school today. Was a lazy day, though, because we were constantly being brought out of class to take group/club pictures for yearbook. After our choir picture was taken 5th hour, the bell was about to ring so I just went to my locker and saw this in the hallway:
Brittney, Erin, Kim, and Trey. And yes, Trey is yawning. Perfect, yeah? He played a really good game last night. :-)
During 3rd hour Curt ordered 5 pizzas from Dominoes (they just opened yesterday, lol) for me, Lindsay, Amanda, Ben, Mel, and himself. Well, the delivery chick got there during 4th hour at lunch but 15 minutes late. I had gotten out of study hall so I could eat with all of them. They have first lunch shift and I have second...So, the chick got there late and only had 3 pizzas. She didn't have Curt's. He was pissed and tried calling Dominoes like...three times. They wouldn't pick up. So. The bell rang for 2nd shift before we even had a chance to sit down and eat the pizzas. I went back to calculus with them all to eat. It was fun. Then when 2nd shift was over I went back to study hall.
Saturday is our semi-final game for state championship. We're playing in downtown St. Louis. Creepy. lol

My present came Friday. Who knew you could take a rose...and dip it in gold?!

I love it.
I've had a rather uneventful weekend. I didn't go out...but that doesn't bother me.
The game last night was fun. We won...and I think the score was 66-20something. District champions. We play again Wednesday night. State play-offs maybe?
My birthday is next Saturday. Jenn is taking me out for lunch. Sushi. :-) Yummm. I've had a huge craving for it in the last couple days. I think I talked Mom into going with us. And thennnn...the rest of the family is probably taking me out for dinner, as always. Should be nice.
I hate how my friends always ask me what they should get me. I always say 'nothing', and then they gripe, so I tell them a card is fine. "You're worth more than that!" Well, fine! Don't ask me then.
Don't have school tomorrow. And Rach is off work. <3

Stayed home from school today. Technically, yes, I'm skipping. Today was 'job shadowing day' so a million and two people will be gone from school, which means most of my classes would be empty and we'd end up studying random crap. No thanks. I didn't really want to take part (though I could really use those 100 points). Tell Whitney something isn't mandatory, and she won't do it. :-P
Um..
So, Rach sent me something and said it should get here yesterday or today. Well, it didn't come yesterday and so far hasn't come today either. Gosh. I want itttttt. Early birthday present. <3
Yesterday at school, I helped with the blood drive from 4th hour til the middle of 7th hour. Most of the time I actually was helping, and then during 7th hour I gave blood. There were like...seven of us students who waited for 1-2 hours so the adults could go ahead of us and get back to work. Sweet of us, no? Kayle had never had her blood taken for any reason, so she was mucho anxious/nervous. Then got excited when I offered to go at the same time she did. So...she started before me, we were in "beds" right next to each other, and I finished before her. lol I'm a bleeder! My lady was proud of me and talked to me a lot. She asked what I was (class-wise) and I said "I'm a senior". ha ha She was like, "You're too little to be a senior!" I giggled.
When they pricked my finger to test my iron, it wouldn't stop bleeding so they had to put guaze/pretty purple tape on it. It looked like a mini cast and I loved it. Kayle had a pink one.
My arm bruised. :-(
Maybe I should write my classification paper today. Since it's due tomorrow. Yes, that's a good idea.
I wonder if there are any good movies on right now...

Yesterday L and I made plans for lunch and stuff for today. But. I called back like...an hour or two later and asked her if we could do it some other time. I felt like I needed to stay home today, for you, so I did. And I'm glad I did. <3 I hope you truly are feeling better.
Erin's picking me and Stephen up at like...8 tomorrow morning. We're going to another MU game with her family. And like...a shitload of friends. Stephen's never been to a game so I'm glad he can come along. But his gf has a volleyball tournament or something. Anywayyyy...I was talking to Audun earlier and he asked who they're playing...I have no idea. We usually only watch the first half anyway. We go back to tailgating from halftime til like...an hour after the game. And since it's an early game tomorrow, we're having tailgating BREAKFAST. How cool is that?
I have to write an illustration paper for language. Gahhh...Paper after paper. We have to write 12 this semester and then 2nd semester is our big 12-page research paper. I am doing mine on blogging. Big surprise. Mrs. Hoemann and Mrs. Ellis are "excited".

I actually had a good time at the Barnwarming dance Friday night.
Stayed home from school today. Just...didn't want to go out. I don't feel well. Didn't want to go to school. I've become such a slacker. I got to talk to Rach, though. <3
Thursday we only have half a day of school and then no school Friday 'cause of parent/teacher conferences. :-) Makes me happy.
